- For unopened products, we offer a full refund once the item is returned to us.
- For opened products, we provide store credit, and there is no need to return the item.
- Please note, the shipping cost for returning items is the customer's responsibility, and we do not provide return labels.
- If you are returning more than one quantity of the same item, a full refund is available for all unopened items. However, only the first opened item can be refunded. Additional opened containers of the same product are not eligible for a refund.
- All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition to receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
- For #10 Cans, Mini Buckets, and Health Ranger Buckets, a 20% restocking fee will apply due to the nature of our storage foods.
- Once return instructions are sent, you will have two weeks to return the item(s) to us.
